Mountop builds custom software, AI and automation for businesses. This page explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who receives it, and how you can have it corrected or deleted. Mountop is responsible for this data. You can reach us at ascend.consulting.il@gmail.com.
Booking form
- What we collect: your name, phone number and business name, plus your project description if you write one. We also save the language of the page and the time you sent the form.
- Why: to handle your booking, get back to you and talk through what you need.
- Who receives it: Google, because the form is saved to a Google Sheet through Google Apps Script, and Telegram, because each new booking reaches us as a Telegram message.
- Your choice: giving these details is voluntary and no law requires it. Without your name, phone number and business name we cannot handle the booking. The project description is optional.
Google Ads tag
- What we collect: online identifiers such as cookies (small files saved in your browser) and device identifiers, the pages you open on this site, the ad that brought you here, and whether you sent the booking form.
- Why: to measure how our ads perform and to show them to people they are relevant to.
- Who receives it: advertising companies, including Google. Google and other vendors may use cookies or device identifiers, based on your visits to this site and to other websites, to show you ads across the internet.
- Your choice: you can turn off personalised ads in Google's ad settings or on the NAI opt-out page.
Visitor counters
We count visits in two ways, and neither sets cookies. We use the numbers to learn which pages and ads help people, and to improve the site. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, neither counter runs.
- Our own counter: it saves nothing on your device. It records the page and its language; the time of the visit; the website you came from; the campaign, keyword, ad group and device details in an ad link, and whether you came from an ad; whether you use a computer, phone or tablet; whether your device is set to our time zone; how long you stayed on each part of the page; how you played with the 3D logo; how fast the page loaded; how far you got with the booking form (opened, typed, sent or hit an error), never what you typed; and whether the visit looks automated.
- Where those records go: to Supabase, a database service. Your IP address and browser details are used only to make a code that changes every day, so that a returning visitor counts once. Neither is stored.
- Vercel: the company that hosts this website. It receives the technical details of every request to the site, including your IP address, and counts visits to each page for us through Vercel Web Analytics.
Instagram and Facebook
- What we collect: when you comment on our posts or send us a message: your username, your platform ID, the text of the comment or message, and the time.
- Why: to send you a guide you asked for and to answer you.
- Who receives it: Meta, the company that runs Instagram and Facebook.
How long we keep it, and where
We keep your details as long as we need them to handle your enquiry, and we delete them when you ask. Visit records have no fixed end date. The outside companies named on this page are based abroad, so the data may be stored on servers abroad.
Your rights
You have the right to see the data we hold about you and to ask us to correct it. Write to us at ascend.consulting.il@gmail.com. Email reaches us through Gmail, a Google service.
Deleting your data
Anyone can ask us to delete their data. You don't need an account, and you don't need to have booked a call. Email us at:
ascend.consulting.il@gmail.com
Tell us the name and phone number you gave on the form, or your Instagram or Facebook username. We will delete the data and let you know when it is done. What you posted on Instagram or Facebook also stays with Meta, under Meta's own rules.
